I don't think that Christopher Creed and Holden Caulfield are similar. I think that Holden is more self-centered, he talks about how much he hates the world and how people are phonies but never tries to change himself. On the other hand, Chris sees the world for what it is, he probably thinks his roommates are a little weird, but he doesn't go around calling people phonies. The similarity that I see is that they both were sent to boarding school, but I wouldn't call this a similarity in characters. Just because they both go to boarding school doesn't mean that they are the same person, they don't even have to be similar. In the end, I think that Chris and Holden are completely
